    Hamilton police are investigating the serious assault of a man just before midnight last night


    The victim who's in his thirties was assaulted in the Melville High School car park.

    He's in hospital receiving treatment for a serious injury.

    Police want to speak to anyone who saw three occupants in a light-coloured sedan and a black SUV which were in the area at the time.
