With several players retiring, injured or taking leave, coach Glenn Moore's named 10 new caps in his 35-strong squad for 2019.
Moore says it's similar to their rebuild in 2015, when they had 12 new faces.
New Zealand will face the United States, Canada, France and England in the round-robin Super Series in San Diego over 16 days throughout June and July.
