Bullies and sexual harassers abound at Parliament ... with Members appearing to be beyond reproach

A review of the workplace has found abuse is systemic.

It's found three cases of very serious predatory behaviour, but the review didn't identify those responsible.

Speaker Trevor Mallard ordered the review, and says people have every right to take complaints further.

Mallard says their managers are making it clear to them they'll be supported if they want to take the matter to the police.
