An employment lawyer says it's important to prove any allegations of sexual misconduct at Parliament

A staff member there has been stood down following a complaint about a historic sexual assault.
It follows a report into bullying and harassment in which 14 people claim they've been sexually assaulted at Parliament.
Chen Palmer partner, Mai Chen, says the person who's accused should get an opportunity to respond.
She says it's very important not everyone of one gender is cast under a cloud of suspicion.
