A number of notable recalls highlight the Silver Ferns squad for July's netball World Cup in Liverpool

A number of notable recalls highlight the Silver Ferns squad for July's netball World Cup in Liverpool

Ex-captain Katrina Rore has been named for her third World Cup after being dumped for the Northern Quad Series at the start of the year.

Bailey Mes and Shannon Saunders are back for the first time following the Commonwealth Games disappointment of last year.

Phoenix Karaka is another to return and assistant coach Deb Fuller says the 12-strong squad deserve their spots.

She says they had a couple of players who were out of form but grew into the season.

Samantha Sinclair, Kayla Cullen, Maia Wilson and Aliyah Dunn are among those to miss out.
