Gangsters on holiday are causing problems in Queenstown

Police there seized more than two-hundred-thousand dollars worth of meth and thirty thousand dollars cash in a series of raids this week.

Detective Senior Sergeant Malcolm Inglis says they've noticed increasing numbers of gang members seeing the sights - taking helicopter rides and visiting the casino.

But he says they haven't been on their best behaviour, and they've had to arrest three in the last month for assaults - and some have been bringing in drugs as well.
