No surprises for some as a string of popular liquor stores are probed for exploiting migrant workers

Twelve Bottle-O franchises are under investigation for breaching employment standards.
It adds to the more than 60 liquor businesses that have been investigated since 2012.
Union Network of Migrants spokesperson Mandeep Singh Bela says there needs to be higher scrutiny of these brands.
He says each store is known by the brand name - so they need to hold them accountable for what they pay and how they treat workers.
