There's some concern among school heads following the latest pay deal from the government

Education minister Chris Hipkins announced yesterday the Government is boosting the pay package by 271-million-dollars to more than 1.4-billion.
Principals Federation president Whetu Cormick says they're worried the deal will leave small school principals earning less than deputy principals at large schools.
He says it'll be even more difficult to staff small schools, if lesser roles at bigger schools pay more.
