Kodi Nikorima's misfortune is likely to allow a Kiwis great to return to international rugby league for the first time in seven years

Kodi Nikorima's misfortune is likely to allow a Kiwis great to return to international rugby league for the first time in seven years

    - article from www.rugbyleague.co.nz

Coach Michael Maguire has named Benji Marshall in his 19-man squad to face Tonga on Saturday.

Maguire says he's leaning towards a Shaun Johnson and Marshall halves pairing, with Kieran Foran also in the mix.

But Maguire admits Nikorima could have occupied the position had he not suffered a groin strain.

But he says at the end of the day you pick who is available and Marshall coming in to the side is very exciting.
