Auckland Transport says it's sad to hear about the death of a man who'd been riding an electric scooter in Auckland

The 59-year-old was found on the pavement on Fanshawe Street, near Bradnor Lane, just before 10pm.
AT spokesman Mark Hannan says as this incident is being investigated by police, the agency is unable to make further comment at this time.
