An Independent Police Conduct Authority report finds an officer used unjustified knee strikes in an arrest of an unruly person at a house party.
Another officer at the November 2017 incident complained to the Authority - saying the officer also said "it's about time some of these kids got what they deserved".
Authority General Manager, Warren Young, says they commend the officer for raising his concerns.
