Six player welfare based amendments will be discussed by World Rugby's Law Review Group over the next two days
27 June 2019
The proposals include a 50-22 kick, a reduction in the number of substitutions, delaying the movement of the ruck defensive line, and the ability to review a yellow card when a player is in the sin bin for dangerous play.
Also to be debated is off feet players at the ruck leaving the ball alone, as well on the ongoing work to reduce the height of the tackle.
