A growing number of older Kiwis are drowning

Water Safety New Zealand has released its latest Drowning Prevention Report - which shows there were 66 preventable drownings last year.
Chief executive Jonty Mills says while the overall drowning toll is down on the previous years - but there are some other worrying trends.
He says there's a spike in drownings of males aged over 65 - they made up a quarter of last year's preventable drownings.
