Former Black Caps captain Brendon McCullum's leaving the talk to his successor

Four years after his own side created history by making a first cricket World Cup final, McCullum will watch on, like most New Zealanders, with eager anticipation when his old team face England in tonight's decider at Lord's.
McCullum still occasionally talks to the current crop of players and gives advice when asked, but says he doesn't enjoy the role.
He says he doesn't want to get in their way, and it's now Kane Williamson's team.
