    It's not the first time petrol stations have illegally docked workers' pay when customers drive off without paying


    Mobil Porchester Road has been fined 20-thousand dollars for the offence.

    Labour Inspectorate Regional Manager Callum McMillan says they've been keeping a close eye on the retail sector, including petrol stations.

    He says since 2012 they've had 60 complaints and completed 78 investigations into fuel retailers.. including issues with petrol station drive-offs.
