Napier Port leaders hope there's interest locally in buying shares in the company

The port is seeking to raise between 204 and 234 million by selling off 45 percent of the company.
It expects to list on the NZX on August 20.
Napier Port chief executive Todd Dawson says they're meeting with local businesses, the wider public and local iwi.
He says they'll be walking them through the Port's disclosure statement and the offering.
The public meeting starts at 3pm at Napier's Century Theatre.
