New Zealand's milk companies need to better recognise A2 milk

A Journal of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition paper's found the milk strain was better for both digestion and cognitive performance.
A2 milk naturally doesn't have A1 beta-casein - which also isn't found in human, goat or sheep milk.
Agriculture consultant Keith Woodford says companies here are treating it as a niche market.
Woodford says the Chinese research will likely have a big impact.
