An oncologist says the sheer number of give-a-little pages shows just how much PHARMAC needs to fund certain drugs

The national drug buying agency is considering funding of three new drugs.
Cancer Society's Dr Chris Jackson says people after drugs that aren't funded by PHARMAC are faced with a very grim choice.
He says it's not unusual for people to sell their homes, cash in their KiwiSaver or rely on the kindness of strangers.
Dr Jackson says PHARMAC needs to speed up their decision making process so people aren't left in limbo.
