Fletcher Building is back in the black, despite a challenging year

The company's made a profit of 164-million dollars in the year to June, a turn around from last year's 190-million dollar loss.
Herald property editor Anne Gibson says projects like Commercial Bay and the Convention Centre in Auckland gave Fletchers some headaches- but they're now three quarters finished.
But she says the company's avoided mentioning the 480-home project at Ihumatao in Mangere.
Gibson says revenue from the residential development division is up 11 percent.
