A Maori group says it'll take its legal battle over Sydney's largest business district to Australia's highest court

A Maori group says it'll take its legal battle over Sydney's largest business district to Australia's highest court

The hapu claims a local tribe gifted them the 112 hectare site in Parramatta in the 1800s.

Several Maori leaders, including Maori Development Minister Nanaia Mahuta, are urging the group to withdraw their case.

But hapu leader Lady Crown told Aussie station 2GB they're ready to take their legal fight as far as it can go.
