A little extra cash in the hand for some Vector customers

Entrust, Vector's 75 per cent owner, has announced its annual dividend will be 360 dollars.

On top of the Entrust dividend, customers will get a further 15-dollar Vector payment, which is customers' share of a credit from National Grid operator Transpower.

The payment will be made to more than 336 thousand Aucklanders and businesses.

Entrust Chairman, William Cairns, says the dividend will contribute more than 120 million dollars to Auckland's economy.
