A Real Estate expert says now's the time for first time buyers to get into Auckland's property market

A Real Estate expert says now's the time for first time buyers to get into Auckland's property market

REINZ data reveals Auckland's median house prices went down 3.5 percent.

Chief Executive Bindi Norwell says the decrease takes pressure off the market, giving buyers time to find the right property.

She says wage and salary growth has been higher than house price growth for some time - opening opportunities for buyers.
