Jack Dangen concedes it'll take a lot for him to be at next year's Olympics

The 21-year old's guaranteed a K1 boat for the country after finishing 18th at the canoe slalom world championships in Spain.
But he'll race off against Callum Gilbert and Finn Butcher for the right to be in Tokyo.
Dangen explains what his plans are to try to push his case.
Luuka Jones, who had already confirmed her place in the women's K1 with third, has also guaranteed the C1 boat after finishing ninth.
