Ethiopian Muktar Edris has triumphed in the men's 5000 metres, clocking 12 minutes 58 seconds.
Ugandan Halimah Nakaayi has taken out the women's 800 metres in one minute 58.04 seconds.
And Kenyan Beatrice Chepkoech has won the women's 3000m steeplechase in eight minutes 57.84 seconds.
