A vaccinologist says a catch-up plan to prevent measles spreading further, needs to go up a gear

Nearly 16-hundred people have caught the disease since the start of the year.
They include two women whose unborn babies died.
Helen Petousis-Harris from Auckland University says health authorities will be able to crank things up when there are enough vaccines in the country.
An extra 100-thousand doses of the MMR vaccine are expected to arrive in the next few months.
