A city council in Australia is considering introducing DNA testing of dog poo to track down owners who don't clean up after their pets

The proposal will be put forward at a Moreland council meeting on Wednesday - with a DNA register set up to nab the guilty.
Under Victoria state law all dogs aged over 3 months must be registered.
