The government says nearly 15-hundred more nurses are working at DHBs since it came into power

It says there are also 106 more midwives, 582 more doctors and 531 more allied health workers in our hospitals.
Health Minister David Clark says a lot of people working in the health sector are still facing pressure.
He says you can't neglect a workforce for nine years and not expect strain on it.
