Japan captain Michael Leitch believes having achieved their first goal of making the quarter finals, his side can go further at the Rugby World Cup

Japan captain Michael Leitch believes having achieved their first goal of making the quarter finals, his side can go further at the Rugby World Cup

The 28-21 win over Scotland in Yokohama sets up a quarter final against South Africa on Sunday night.

Leitch says reaching the last eight is massive for Japanese rugby, Asian rugby and tier-two rugby and they believe they can beat the Boks.

Nelson Asofa-Solomona's spoken for the first time since his alleged Bali brawl.

The NRL's integrity unit is investigating video footage of an incident on a street, purporting to show the Melbourne and Kiwis forward.

Asofa-Solomona, who arrived back in Australia this morning, is said to have retaliated after a king-hit on Storm teammate Suliasi Vunivalu.

He says his story will be told soon.

Redemption will be the Houston Astros' main source of motivation ahead of today's second game in Major League Baseball's American League Championship series.

The Astros host the New York Yankees, having dropped game one 7-nil.

First pitch is just after one o'clock.
