    Part of a Havelock North street has been closed with a building at risk of collapse


    Hastings District Council closed the westbound lane of Heretaunga Street East between Maddison Street and the Willowpark Road roundabout, with dangers at number 603.

    A temporary cordon is in place, and pedestrians are advised not to walk nearby.
