    Despite public perception - a dairy farmer says most farmers... are doing they best job they can

    Golden Bay dairy farmer and owner, Deborah Rhodes, wants Fonterra to adopt a "Responsible Relationships" code of practice - as a safe way for farmers and workers to record their wellbeing.

    She says on any given day, most farmers make the best decisions they can - on things like managing cows on a wet paddock, or team conflicts.

    But Rhodes believes a well-being framework would help.
