A Labour MP says she's offended by the decision made by Cook Islands MPs to back down on same sex law reform

In 2017, Parliament removed indecent acts between men and sodomy from a draft crimes bill - but yesterday the select committee chairman said the clause would be reinstated.
Manurewa MP Louisa Wall says it's a backwards step.
She says when same sex law reform was first mooted, many Pacific countries were looking for leadership from the Cook Islands.
She says it's baffling for them to say they're not ready.
