The Associate Transport Minister says there are a number of different people involved when it comes to Auckland's port

A working group's recommended moving operations to Northport - near Whangarei.

Its report - obtained by TVNZ's Q&A programme - suggests the Government force the relocation, if a deal can't be reached within a year.

Shane Jones accepts the issue might be concerning for those who own the assets.
