    Hockey player Gemma McCaw admits it might take some time to return to the top of her game


    McCaw has been included in the women's Black Sticks squad for the first time since the 2016 OIympics, having retired and given birth to daughter Charlotte in the interim.

    She says her comeback won't eventuate without hard work.
