People and culture managing director Deborah Capill joined the dairy co-operative early this year, after a long time working overseas.

Chief Executive Officer Miles Hurrell says she played an important role in the development of a new operating model and has streamlined HR processes.

He says Capill will leave in February to pursue a change in career.
