Support from fellow players has helped Selica Winiata further embrace her new role in rugby

The 40-test Black Fern will be an official at the next two tournaments in the women's Sevens World Series in Dubai and Cape Town.

During her first time officiating at the Oceania Sevens Championship, Winiata received plenty of praise on the field.

Winiata says her top goal is still to make the Black Ferns side for the 2021 World Cup.
