Back home, there's a push to get more Northland children immunised against measles before Christmas

Back home, there's a push to get more Northland children immunised against measles before Christmas

The number of confirmed cases in the region is now 128.

Sixty-eight of those are in Whangarei.

Northland medical officer of health, Dr Catherine Jackson, says the school holidays are a time when people travel to visit family and friends, and people should ensure they're immunised to prevent spreading the disease.
