Victims' safety needs will be paramount in the design of a new courthouse in Tauranga

Justice Minister Andrew Little has announced a 100-million-dollar investment in the redesign.
He says victims often feel alienated and distressed in court - and being forced to share space with people who've allegedly hurt them can be incredibly confrontational.
The new court will give victims and offenders access to wrap-around support and rehabilitation services on site.
