In 2014, Gable Tostee's date, Warriena Wright, fell to her death from an apartment balcony.
Now, news.com.au reports a New Year's Eve tinder date turned sour when a 28-year-old woman phoned the police to complain about Tostee.
The woman told officers she feared for her safety when her date became drunk and revealed his past.
Tostee says the incident was a bizarre misunderstanding and no charges have been laid.
