    Loose forward Luke Jacobson's revealed new coach Warren Gatland has trimmed their training sessions down from two hours to one ahead of the Super Rugby season.

    Jacobson says the pros outweigh the cons.



    Jacobson will miss the opening rounds of the season as he recovers from concussion.
