31-year-old John Geddes has been sentenced to 18 months supervision and a hundred hours community work for the unwanted calls.
Judge Tony Adeane has warned if it happened again, he'd be off to prison.
Geddes is no stranger to phone stalking.
In 2018, he made multiple 'hang-up' calls - including more than three-hundred in one night.
