Health officials say a coronavirus vaccine is still a long way away

The death toll from the outbreak has climbed to 427, and there are now least 20-thousand confirmed cases worldwide.
Director General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield says this is a new virus and a vaccine could be a year away, so a cautious approach is essential.
An Air New Zealand evacuation flight is now on its way from China - due to land in Auckland around 6 this evening.
Staff from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Health, as well as a doctor, St John paramedics and Air NZ medical staff are all on board.
