Highlanders assistant coach Tony Brown is criticising New Zealand Rugby's All Blacks resting policy in Super Rugby

Currently all All Blacks are on minutes restrictions through the opening three rounds of the competition.
Brown says the resting policy was successful for players such as Kieran Read, Richie McCaw and Dan Carter in the past.
But he says it's too widespread and has actually cost players, such as Malakai Fekitoa and Waisake Naholo, their spots in the national set-up.
