Proven results for women wanting options to traditional treatment for premenstrual syndrome

A Canterbury University study investigating vitamin and multi-nutrient rather than hormonal or anti-depressant treatment - shows they're effective.
Clinical psychologist, Dr Hana Retallick-Brown, says there's never been much research into multi-nutrient treatments.
She says if women don't want to go on anti-depressants or the pill, they now have the alternative of taking a daily multi-nutrient or Vitamin B6 tablet.
