A dip in profits for SkyCity after taking one-off events into account

Its Entertainment Group has made a 328-million dollar profit in the last half year.
That's due to a large insurance payout after October's convention centre fire in Auckland and the sale of carparks in the city.
Herald property editor Anne Gibson says SkyCity chief executive Graeme Stephens told her normalised profit is down 16 per cent.
She says he told her New Zealand has done pretty well but the international business, mainly out of Asia, hasn't done so well.
