A Dunedin businessman has entered no plea to charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office

Barry Kloogh was the sole director and shareholder of several advisory services companies.
He has been accused of defrauding investors of at least 15 point 7 million dollars.
Kloogh appeared in the Dunedin District Court today on charges including false accounting, obtaining by deception and forgery.
He was remanded without plea to reappear on March 12.
