    The Australian Formula One grand prix is under threat of being called off.

    There has been no official confirmation, but the news follows a McLaren team member testing positive - the team's pulled out of the event.

    An announcement that the race will not take place is expected, throwing the rest of the season into doubt.



    The UK government is considering banning all sporting fixtures.

    Utah guard Donovan Mitchell is the latest NBA basketballer affected by Covid-19.

    A parabolic mirror was used to get ignition in a scaled-down ceremony closed to spectators.

    The relay's underway with the torch to be handed over to Tokyo Games organisers in Athens on March 19.

    They insist the Games will go ahead... for now.
