    A Hamilton rest home resident has tested positive for Covid-19


    Atawhai Assisi Home and Hospital is in lockdown and 27 staff are in self-isolation

    Staff were alerted after the man's daughter who'd visited earlier in the month tested positive for Covid-19 on her return to Australia to work as a nurse

    He is displaying no symptoms and is in a stable condition in the Hospital section of the rest home

    No visitors are allowed at the facility.
