Breakers owner Matt Walsh would welcome LaMelo Ball to the Australian basketball league owners table

Breakers owner Matt Walsh would welcome LaMelo Ball to the Australian basketball league owners table

The 18-year-old NBA prospect and his manager have begun discussions to buy the Illawarra Hawks.

It comes after Ball spent a season playing for the Hawks, and is now expected to enter the NBA.

Walsh doesn't believe the move will make the league look insignificant compared with other competitions around the globe.
