A Christchurch bread company is losing millions ... because it is not an essential service

The Government has told Couplands Bakeries its factories can stay open..

But its South Island factory can't resume production - because its retail outlets are closed.

Managing director Lance Coupland says his company is paying a hefty price of seven figures so far.
