There will be no title winners, promotion or relegation in the top tier of Dutch football this season

There will be no title winners, promotion or relegation in the top tier of Dutch football this season

The campaign's been abandoned, after the national government banned major events until September because of coronavirus.

Dutch football's governing body the KNVB says it's become impossible to play out the 2019-20 season.

Both Ajax and AZ Alkmaar will go into the Champions League qualifying stages, pending ratification by Uefa .
